Wecome To Politics In America

We in the Coffee Grinder Group believe that what America needs is effective government, not necessarily bigger government. That we need our private and public sectors working together to improve the lives of all Americans.
Although we feel that both the private and public sectors in any country have their strengths and weaknesses, it seems that we Americans have lost the willingness that we had in the past to make these sectors work well together. We need to find a new American way to accomplish this again, not the European way, nor following the standards of any other source, but our way! Right now these sectors are in divorce court, and because of this, the members of many factions, the children of our great country are suffering. We need to bring the public and private sectors together again to work toward a common goal, to bring our country together and restore to greatness, our American Democratic System of Government.

"Every American should be able to find a job, that can support a family." Hillary Rodham Clinton

Now the media thinks that poor record keeping by the State Department is a reason to not have Hillary Clinton as our next President.

  1. The IG report stated that Hillary failed to comply to the federal record keeping law. This is a law requiring an employee to give all business related records over to their employer. The problem for Hillary was that these records were emails, when compiled there were 55,000 pages of them! That's not a simple thing to just hand over. I did not find any regulations requiring an immediate turn over of all business related material right away. This depended on the kind of business material it was. After Hillary left the new guidelines of E- mails dated Aug. 29, 2013 implicated a system called Capstone, which states: Capstone manages Federal record emails electronically. This approach was developed in recognition of the difficulty in practicing traditional record management on the overwhelming volume of emails that Federal agencies produce. This was taken from the 08/29/13 directive. It went on to state Capstone offers agencies the option of using a more simplified and automated approach to managing emails as opposed to using ether print and file systems or records management applications that require staff to file email records individually. So it was only after Hillary left that the State Department that an automated email record keeping system come into effect at the State Department. In regards to her permission to have a personal email account. State Department spokesman Mark Toner briefed reports " While not necessarily encouraged there was no prohibition on using personal email. The only requirement is that these records need to be preserved". I think handing over 55,000 pages of emails is preservation.
